Through a series of intensive movement, Pilates Elementals emphasizes the importance of precise postural and anatomical alignment, breath and body control, focused mental concentration, balance and coordination.
The optimum cross-fit regimen that comprehensively synergizes and transforms the whole body-mind-spirit and helps prevent injury, Pilates is a life-long journey.
Classes are taught by Jost van Dyke who has over 18 years experience as one of Tallahassee’s most popular Pilates trainers. Come As You Are. Discover Your Inner Powerhouse.
One hour, group classes are held on Monday and Friday at 12:00 noon.
