Classes are held at the Abundance Wellness Center, 325 John Knox Road.
Park behind the building. Come through the gate into the courtyard. Class meets in the room to your right.
Classes are held on Mondays and Fridays from 12:00 P.M. – 1:00 P.M. The cost is $15 per class.
Optional Yin yoga is often offered immediately after class for no extra charge.
